New Zealand Council of Christian Social Services (NZCCSS)

NZCCSS came to us with an existing website that was not serving their needs and was hard to use. It was also not a great match for their print branding. We were delighted to help them rethink the site from the ground up.

Along the way we got to work with their amazing team and we can't speak highly enough of their dedication to their mahi and the amount of work their team contributed to the content process on the new site.

The result is a website that is much easier to navigate and a lot more of their long form content up on the web to read rather than hidden away in PDF files.

How we helped:

• Completed rebuilt the website from the ground up with a new content model

• Developed new a new website look and feel. This was designed to closely match the print design style used by the organisation

• Helped NZCCSS hone in on their target audiences use of the website and strategise about what kinds of content and navigation (UX / UI) were needed.

• Created a tool to allow staff to easily pull together content from across the site into a single "issue" page that can then be shared with interested parties. This allows staff to send one link to all relevant content on a topic rather than the visitor having to find content all over the website
